First project: Complete!

I will be extremely impressed if someone can translate this self-portrait.

In fact, if anyone can guess/get 10/15 icons I owe them a cookie. Only for the first person who does.

That was a fun project.  It sounds like the next one will be too.

Map!

Alright guys, so in class I sketched this yesterday in class, which I prefer to the old design.  It's a cross between an anatomical model of a monster and a maze.  I haven't decided on a color swatch for it, but I will update later.

Also made five more symbols, but this scanner at Dad's is being difficult.  I'll update when I get home.

Oh noes!

It's the big bad wolf in 10 triangles!

Also the doctor gave me some medicine, so I will be feeling better in a couple of days.  Hooray for not missing much class.

Good morning everyone!

Sillouhettes are silly

I'm not feeling too hot today.  I'll go to school, but I'll probably be leaving early.  My allergies have been bothering me all week and it's to the point where I wish to see a doctor about it.

However, that doesn't stop me from working on art!  Here are some things for this week.  Unfortunately I didn't get a decent map plan (I need a little help with ideas). First off we have last week's and this week's illu eyes.

Made a teardrop brush for this one

Shapes and pen tool fun

Then we have some cleaned up icons!  I switched things around this week, but here are ten.

I'm still getting used to the pen tool, but hopefully practice makes perfect.  But how to place these properly on a map?  That's where I am stuck.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know =3

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Abstract Stuff!

An exercise in class we did today in illustrator.  I dunno about everyone else, but I had fun.  I hope to improve soon.

Symbols for class!

Although they are a bit crude due to being in a sketchbook and pen, these are the 10 ideas (2 variations each) for the symbols.  Hopefully some will make sense!

Previous works

For my class I was asked to present some of my 'best' pieces of art from before this class. I've already posted a work in progress in my first post.

Unfortunately I do not have the whole image of this anymore.
